Effective 30 September 2026. This policy explains how HAM GLOBAL Company Limited collects, uses, stores, protects, shares and deletes information.Có hiệu lực từ 30/09/2026. Chính sách này giải thích cách Công ty TNHH HAM GLOBAL thu thập, sử dụng, lưu trữ, bảo vệ, chia sẻ và xóa thông tin.
In short: we use your information only to answer you and to deliver the services you engage us for. Information from your Amazon seller account is used for your account alone, is never sold, and is deleted when it is no longer needed.
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
HAM GLOBAL Company Limited ("HAM Global", "we", "us") is a company registered in Vietnam with its head office at Lot A9.10, Bac Cau Hac Urban Area, Ham Rong Ward, Thanh Hoa, Vietnam. We provide HAM Global Account Management and related e-commerce services to sellers on Amazon and other marketplaces.
This policy applies to (a) visitors to ham-global.com, (b) people who contact us, (c) clients and their staff, (d) information we access in a client's Amazon seller account while providing services, and (e) job applicants. For information described in (d), HAM Global acts on the client's instructions as a service provider; for the rest, HAM Global is the data controller.
2. Information we collect

We do not collect Seller Central passwords or primary login credentials, and we ask you never to send them to us. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
3. How we use information
- To answer enquiries and prepare proposals.
- To perform the services in your agreement: operating and monitoring your seller account, handling cases and buyer messages, and reporting to you.
- To invoice, keep accounting records and meet legal and tax obligations.
- To keep our systems and your data secure, including access logging and incident investigation.
- To assess job applications.
The legal bases we rely on are performance of a contract with you, your consent where you contact us or apply for a role, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in running and securing our business. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing email unless you have asked for it.
4. Amazon Information
Information obtained from a client's Amazon seller account is handled in accordance with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy. In particular:
- Purpose limitation. We access and use Amazon Information only to provide the agreed services to the seller who authorised us, and only to the extent the task requires.
- Authorised access only. We access seller accounts through Amazon's User Permissions feature or another authorisation method provided by Amazon. We do not use shared or primary credentials.
- No sale, no disclosure. We do not sell Amazon Information and do not disclose it to any third party, other than back to the seller it belongs to or as required by law.
- No aggregation. We do not combine one seller's Amazon Information with another seller's, and we do not use it to benefit any other client or our own stores.
- Amazon customer personal data. We use buyers' personal data only to fulfil orders, answer buyer messages and handle returns or claims for that order. We do not use it for marketing, do not contact buyers outside Amazon's messaging system, and do not keep it for longer than 30 days after the order is delivered, unless the law requires otherwise. We prefer to work with this data inside Seller Central and avoid downloading it.
- Deletion on request. We permanently and securely delete Amazon Information within 30 days of a request from Amazon or from the seller, and confirm deletion in writing if asked.
5. How we store and protect information
- Encryption. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. Files containing client data or Amazon Information are stored encrypted at rest using AES-256 on access-controlled business storage, not on personal devices or removable media.
- Access control. Access follows the principle of least privilege. Each staff member has an individual account with a strong password and multi-factor authentication. Accounts are never shared. Access is reviewed regularly and removed on the day a staff member leaves or changes role.
- Devices and network. Work is carried out on company-managed computers with disk encryption, screen locks, up-to-date operating systems and anti-malware protection, on networks protected by a firewall.
- People. All staff sign confidentiality undertakings and receive data-protection and security training when they join and at least once a year.
- Logging. We keep logs of access to systems that hold client data and review them for unusual activity. Logs do not contain personal data of Amazon customers.
- This website. ham-global.com is served only over HTTPS. It sets no advertising or analytics cookies and has no user accounts.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share information only:
- with service providers that host our email, file storage, accounting and website, under contracts that require confidentiality and appropriate security. Amazon Information is not shared with any provider except secure storage and email used to deliver the services;
- with professional advisers and authorities where the law requires it;
- with a successor entity if our business is reorganised or transferred, under the same commitments as this policy.
This website loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads. No other third-party content is loaded.
7. International transfers
HAM Global operates from Vietnam. If you are located elsewhere, your information will be processed in Vietnam and in the countries where our storage and email providers operate. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as contractual data-protection clauses.
8. Retention and deletion

When the agreement ends, we ask you to remove our users from Seller Central, and we do the same from our side where possible. Deletion means secure erasure from live systems; copies in encrypted backups are overwritten within the following 90 days and are not used in the meantime.
9. Security incidents
We maintain an incident response plan. If we detect unauthorised access to, or loss of, client data or Amazon Information, we will contain it, investigate, and notify the affected client without undue delay. Where Amazon Information is involved, we will notify Amazon at security@amazon.com within 24 hours of detecting the incident, and we will notify authorities and affected individuals where the law requires.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under Vietnam's personal data protection law, the EU and UK GDPR and US state privacy laws, you may have the right to know what data we hold about you, to access it, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy, and withdraw consent. To exercise a right, email contact@ham-global.com. We respond within 30 days and do not charge for reasonable requests. You may also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
If you are a buyer on Amazon and your request concerns an order, please contact Amazon or the seller you bought from; we will assist the seller in responding.
11. Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not set cookies. It stores one item in your browser's local storage, your choice of language, which never leaves your device. The fee calculator on the pricing page runs entirely in your browser.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes affecting clients are communicated by email before they take effect.

1. Chúng tôi là ai và phạm vi chính sách
Công ty TNHH HAM GLOBAL ("HAM Global", "chúng tôi") là công ty đăng ký tại Việt Nam, trụ sở chính tại Lô A9.10 Khu đô thị Bắc Cầu Hạc, Phường Hàm Rồng, Thanh Hóa. Chúng tôi cung cấp dịch vụ HAM Global Account Management và các dịch vụ thương mại điện tử liên quan cho seller trên Amazon và các sàn khác.
Chính sách này áp dụng cho (a) người truy cập ham-global.com, (b) người liên hệ với chúng tôi, (c) khách hàng và nhân sự của khách hàng, (d) thông tin chúng tôi truy cập trong tài khoản seller Amazon của khách hàng khi cung cấp dịch vụ, và (e) ứng viên tuyển dụng. Với thông tin tại mục (d), HAM Global xử lý theo chỉ dẫn của khách hàng với tư cách bên cung cấp dịch vụ; với các mục còn lại, HAM Global là bên kiểm soát dữ liệu.

Chúng tôi không thu thập mật khẩu hay thông tin đăng nhập chính của Seller Central, và đề nghị bạn không bao giờ gửi chúng cho chúng tôi. Chúng tôi không chủ động thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân của trẻ em dưới 16 tuổi.
3. Mục đích sử dụng
- Trả lời yêu cầu và chuẩn bị đề xuất.
- Thực hiện dịch vụ theo hợp đồng: vận hành và theo dõi tài khoản seller, xử lý case và tin nhắn người mua, báo cáo cho bạn.
- Xuất hóa đơn, lưu sổ sách kế toán và thực hiện nghĩa vụ pháp lý, thuế.
- Bảo đảm an toàn hệ thống và dữ liệu của bạn, gồm ghi nhật ký truy cập và điều tra sự cố.
- Đánh giá hồ sơ ứng tuyển.
Căn cứ pháp lý gồm: thực hiện hợp đồng với bạn, sự đồng ý của bạn khi liên hệ hoặc ứng tuyển, tuân thủ nghĩa vụ pháp luật, và lợi ích hợp pháp trong việc vận hành, bảo vệ hoạt động kinh doanh. Chúng tôi không dùng thông tin của bạn để ra quyết định tự động hay lập hồ sơ, và không gửi email tiếp thị nếu bạn không yêu cầu.
4. Thông tin Amazon
Thông tin lấy từ tài khoản seller Amazon của khách hàng được xử lý theo Acceptable Use Policy và Data Protection Policy của Amazon. Cụ thể:
- Giới hạn mục đích. Chúng tôi chỉ truy cập và dùng Thông tin Amazon để cung cấp dịch vụ đã thỏa thuận cho chính seller đã ủy quyền, và chỉ ở mức công việc cần.
- Chỉ truy cập được ủy quyền. Chúng tôi truy cập tài khoản seller qua tính năng User Permissions hoặc phương thức ủy quyền khác do Amazon cung cấp. Không dùng thông tin đăng nhập chính hay dùng chung.
- Không bán, không tiết lộ. Chúng tôi không bán Thông tin Amazon và không tiết lộ cho bên thứ ba, ngoại trừ cung cấp lại cho chính seller sở hữu hoặc khi pháp luật yêu cầu.
- Không gộp dữ liệu. Chúng tôi không gộp Thông tin Amazon của seller này với seller khác, và không dùng nó để phục vụ khách hàng khác hay gian hàng của chính chúng tôi.
- Dữ liệu cá nhân của khách hàng Amazon. Chúng tôi chỉ dùng dữ liệu cá nhân của người mua để hoàn tất đơn hàng, trả lời tin nhắn và xử lý đổi trả, khiếu nại của đơn đó. Không dùng cho tiếp thị, không liên hệ người mua ngoài hệ thống tin nhắn của Amazon, và không lưu quá 30 ngày sau khi đơn được giao, trừ khi pháp luật yêu cầu khác. Chúng tôi ưu tiên thao tác với dữ liệu này ngay trong Seller Central và tránh tải về.
- Xóa theo yêu cầu. Chúng tôi xóa vĩnh viễn và an toàn Thông tin Amazon trong vòng 30 ngày kể từ khi Amazon hoặc seller yêu cầu, và xác nhận bằng văn bản nếu được đề nghị.
5. Lưu trữ và bảo vệ thông tin
- Mã hóa. Dữ liệu được mã hóa khi truyền bằng TLS 1.2 trở lên. Tệp chứa dữ liệu khách hàng hoặc Thông tin Amazon được lưu ở dạng mã hóa AES-256 trên hệ thống lưu trữ doanh nghiệp có kiểm soát truy cập, không lưu trên thiết bị cá nhân hay thiết bị lưu trữ rời.
- Kiểm soát truy cập. Áp dụng nguyên tắc quyền tối thiểu. Mỗi nhân sự có tài khoản riêng với mật khẩu mạnh và xác thực đa yếu tố. Không dùng chung tài khoản. Quyền truy cập được rà soát định kỳ và gỡ ngay trong ngày nhân sự nghỉ việc hoặc đổi vị trí.
- Thiết bị và mạng. Công việc thực hiện trên máy tính do công ty quản lý, có mã hóa ổ đĩa, khóa màn hình, hệ điều hành cập nhật và phần mềm chống mã độc, trong mạng có tường lửa.
- Con người. Toàn bộ nhân sự ký cam kết bảo mật và được đào tạo về bảo vệ dữ liệu, an toàn thông tin khi gia nhập và ít nhất mỗi năm một lần.
- Nhật ký. Chúng tôi lưu nhật ký truy cập các hệ thống chứa dữ liệu khách hàng và rà soát hoạt động bất thường. Nhật ký không chứa dữ liệu cá nhân của khách hàng Amazon.
- Website này. ham-global.com chỉ phục vụ qua HTTPS, không đặt cookie quảng cáo hay phân tích và không có tài khoản người dùng.
6. Chia sẻ
Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân. Chúng tôi chỉ chia sẻ thông tin:
- với nhà cung cấp dịch vụ email, lưu trữ tệp, kế toán và website của chúng tôi, theo hợp đồng có nghĩa vụ bảo mật và an toàn phù hợp. Thông tin Amazon không được chia sẻ với nhà cung cấp nào ngoài dịch vụ lưu trữ bảo mật và email dùng để cung cấp dịch vụ;
- với đơn vị tư vấn chuyên môn và cơ quan có thẩm quyền khi pháp luật yêu cầu;
- với pháp nhân kế thừa nếu doanh nghiệp được tổ chức lại hoặc chuyển giao, với cùng các cam kết trong chính sách này.
Website tải phông chữ từ Google Fonts, nghĩa là trình duyệt của bạn gửi địa chỉ IP tới Google khi tải trang. Không có nội dung bên thứ ba nào khác được tải.
7. Chuyển dữ liệu quốc tế
HAM Global hoạt động tại Việt Nam. Nếu bạn ở quốc gia khác, thông tin của bạn sẽ được xử lý tại Việt Nam và tại các quốc gia nơi nhà cung cấp lưu trữ, email của chúng tôi hoạt động. Khi pháp luật yêu cầu, chúng tôi áp dụng biện pháp bảo vệ phù hợp cho việc chuyển dữ liệu, như điều khoản hợp đồng về bảo vệ dữ liệu.

Khi hợp đồng kết thúc, chúng tôi đề nghị bạn gỡ người dùng của chúng tôi khỏi Seller Central, và chúng tôi cũng thực hiện từ phía mình khi có thể. Xóa nghĩa là xóa an toàn khỏi hệ thống đang hoạt động; bản sao trong sao lưu mã hóa được ghi đè trong 90 ngày tiếp theo và không được sử dụng trong thời gian đó.
9. Sự cố bảo mật
Chúng tôi duy trì kế hoạch ứng phó sự cố. Nếu phát hiện truy cập trái phép hoặc mất mát dữ liệu khách hàng hay Thông tin Amazon, chúng tôi sẽ khoanh vùng, điều tra và thông báo cho khách hàng bị ảnh hưởng không chậm trễ. Nếu liên quan Thông tin Amazon, chúng tôi thông báo cho Amazon qua security@amazon.com trong vòng 24 giờ kể từ khi phát hiện, và thông báo cho cơ quan chức năng, cá nhân bị ảnh hưởng khi pháp luật yêu cầu.
10. Quyền của bạn
Tùy nơi bạn sinh sống, gồm theo pháp luật bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân của Việt Nam, GDPR của EU và Vương quốc Anh, và luật riêng tư các bang của Mỹ, bạn có thể có quyền được biết chúng tôi giữ dữ liệu gì về bạn, truy cập, chỉnh sửa, xóa, hạn chế hoặc phản đối việc xử lý, nhận bản sao và rút lại sự đồng ý. Để thực hiện quyền, gửi email tới contact@ham-global.com. Chúng tôi phản hồi trong 30 ngày và không thu phí với yêu cầu hợp lý. Bạn cũng có thể khiếu nại tới cơ quan bảo vệ dữ liệu tại quốc gia của bạn.
Nếu bạn là người mua trên Amazon và yêu cầu liên quan đến một đơn hàng, vui lòng liên hệ Amazon hoặc seller bạn đã mua; chúng tôi sẽ hỗ trợ seller phản hồi.
11. Cookie và công nghệ tương tự
Website này không đặt cookie. Website lưu một mục trong local storage của trình duyệt là lựa chọn ngôn ngữ của bạn, và mục này không rời khỏi thiết bị. Công cụ ước tính phí ở trang bảng giá chạy hoàn toàn trên trình duyệt của bạn.
12. Thay đổi chính sách
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách khi dịch vụ hoặc pháp luật thay đổi. Ngày hiệu lực ở đầu trang cho biết phiên bản mới nhất. Thay đổi quan trọng ảnh hưởng đến khách hàng sẽ được thông báo qua email trước khi có hiệu lực.
